In the last quarter of 2023, we started work on a panoramic elevator in collaboration with local suppliers, such as Arumi Orona and Flexbrick®, who are in charge of manufacturing the walkway, structure and enclosures.

This project has been the result of hard work and an ambitious vision, which originated from the Port-Municipi integration proposal presented by Ports de la Generalitat. In our case, the panoramic elevator will link the historic center of Palamós with the Palamós – Castell section of the Camí de Ronda through the promenade of Port Marina Palamós.

Our goal is to eliminate that distance that prevents access to the port and demonstrate that we are a port accessible to all. The existence of a physical barrier does not imply that the entrance is restricted only to owners of moorings, but that anyone, sea lover or not, can access and enjoy our facilities. Whether it is to go out sailing on a sailboat, motorboat, jet ski or kayak, or simply to enjoy a good meal or relax in the open air.

We are pleased to report that the work is progressing at a good pace, with the completion of the foundations and the beginning of the assembly of the upper structure. We will be attentive to keep you informed about its evolution.
